Josh has been my trainer for couple years and he has accommodated various type of workouts based on my ailments. When we couldn’t workout at the studio we have done virtual or outdoor workouts. Fitness studio is extremely clean and has all the equipment you can possibly need. Personalized workouts plus private studio is significantly better than your run of the mill sports club.
