Jay

Jay brings over ten years of personal training experience to help his clients get into the best shape of their lives. He says, “After years of working in the nightclub industry;  smoking, drinking, and being overweight, I decided it was time for me to put my health and fitness first. Jay is certified in pre & postnatal fitness, sports nutrition, NASM stretching, TRX, and kettlebells.

I am passionate about helping men and women become the best version of themselves by making fitness fun and accessible to all.

Rene

The reality of weight gain hit me when I entered college. I was eating whatever I wanted, drinking, partying and simply just living an unhealthy lifestyle. This was now the start of my journey into transforming myself to the best me. After undergoing this journey, it inspired me to help those individuals struggling in similar positions. I now make it a priority to help others become healthier and fit in ways that will fit their lifestyle.

“You will grow through what you go through” The light is always at the end of the tunnel in tough times, getting your foot into that door is the first step!

Rob

Rob brings over 20 years of personal training experience to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. NASM and ISSA certified, Rob has worked with clients of all skill levels and backgrounds to make health, wellness and exercise sustainable and fun.

His expertise includes weight loss training, boxing, TRX suspension, pre and post-natal training along with pre and post-operative training.

Liz

Liz is a certified personal trainer with a love for resistance training.

Her lifestyle has always been active, growing up playing soccer and skiing since her youth. She is now in the Playoffs for Hoboken’s kickball league and is often seen walking around town on her famous “mental health walks”. In middle school, she developed an eating disorder and found help through therapy and resistance training. “It gave me a safe and healthy community that empowered me to feel confident about my body.”

I know that I am not alone in my experience which is why I started training others. Training has improved my mental and physical wellbeing, and I’ve seen the way it can help others.

Max

Education is the kindling of a flame not the filling of a vessel and sifting through a lot of the BS in the fitness industry ( like all industries) has made me who I am today. Here I proudly stand 12 years later with two kids (5 & 8) and in the best shape of my life ( till I hit 40 , that’s when I’ll be at my BEST ;-). I focus on “the Long Game and what can I do to help others achieve with their bodies and improve a quality of life that melds with every other aspect of this existence while we are here to experience it all .

Applying principals from various training styles: FRC Mobility/Assessments, Yoga Asanas/Pranayama (postures/breath) , Movement Culture ( martial arts , dance , animal flow ), traditional bodybuilding and aerobics to create specific programing for the individuals need.

Kyle

My name is Kyle Barros and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

I first gained interest in fitness my senior year of high-school. My interest rapidly developed into a passion and I now dedicate my time to understanding how the human body can use training and nutrition to effectively build muscle mass and loose body fat. I realize how unhealthy lifestyle habits can affect multiple aspects of a persons life and I value helping others go through an experience that makes them feel confident and strong. I’m here to help you discover the benefits of nutrition and training which made me the person I am today.
